Ruilen en Retourneren

Bent u niet tevreden over uw bestelling? Dat vinden wij heel jammer en we horen graag wat we kunnen doen om u tevreden te stellen.

U kunt de bestelling tot 30 dagen retourneren en wij zorgen ervoor dat het aankoopbedrag binnen 1-3 werkdagen na ontvangst van de retourzending op uw rekening staat.

Eenvoudig retourneren in 3 simpele stappen:

Stap 1: Vul het retourformulier in

Download hier het retourformulier en vul deze volledig in

Stap 2: Stuur uw bestelling op

Stuur de artikelen samen met het ingevulde retourformulier op naar het adres op het retourformulier. Zorg dat je het pakketje voorziet van een Track & Trace code. Als zender bent u verantwoordelijk en wij willen niet dat er misverstanden ontstaan.

Stap 3: Ontvang het aankoopbedrag op uw rekening

Als wij het pakketje hebben ontvangen zorgen wij ervoor dat het aankoopbedrag binnen 1-3 werkdagen weer op uw bankrekening staat.
